This allocation is summarised as available now, offering a suitable location for housing development with the reasonable prospect of being delivered within the first five years.
The site was added to the assessment as Deliverable in 2014.

Flood zones/agricultural class/size: The site is located in FZ1 and is not class 1 or 2 agricultural land.
